Which accounts are available on Quentn?
Quentn offers four tariffs: Lite, Basic, Pro and Enterprise. The higher the tariff, the more functions available to you. An overview of the features and costs can be found here.
All available accounts can be cancelled at any time with a notice period of 5 working days.
The right account for you
The accounts depend on how many contacts you have and the functions available.
If you operate a company with up to 1,500 contacts and want to implement simple, data driven marketing, the Lite tariff is recommended. It even includes 2 sender addresses, integration of the largest payment apps, and much more.
If you would like to connect other providers to Quentn - e.g. provide webinar participants, buyers, etc. with emails - or if you have between 1,500 and 5,000 contacts, you need a Basic account. With this account, website tracking (for one domain) is also possible. In addition, the sales CRM is also available for you with a sales pipeline, which of course is seamlessly integrated into the marketing automation.
With the Pro account you will have access to telephone support (as well as support by email). In addition, you will also be given video tracking and other features that take your email marketing and sales CRM to the next level. You can handle up to 10,000 contacts in the Pro account.
If you have more than 10,000 contacts, you need an Enterprise account, which also gives you the option of a white label, a private IP pool and monthly payment by email.
