Often the reason is that you have displayed a link in plain text, i.e. as a whole URL. As soon as a recipient clicks on a link to be tracked, the browser first opens - for a brief moment - a web page on one of our servers. There the click is registered and the recipient is immediately redirected to the actual target page. If a link were to be displayed in plain text in the email, there would be no match between the URL that is displayed to the recipient and the URL to which they are first redirected. Many email providers and clients regard this as a phishing or fraud attempt and then either move the email directly into the spam folder or at least display a very clear message. Both have a negative effect on the reputation of the sender and should therefore be avoided. For this reason, Quentn does not allow tracking links that are displayed in plain text. To avoid this problem, please use "normal" text as link, such as "Click here". This way, a URL will not be displayed to the recipient, which will prevent the suspicion that you are maliciously misleading them.
